The GULF COAST UNITED ACADEMY goal is to provide the developmental bridge between recreational soccer and select soccer. At GCU our teams adhere to a curriculum that will provide the academy player the necessary tools to develop as a soccer player.  Our Pre-Academy teams train with Academy Director and/or Director of Coaching for 5 weeks before recreation In-house league starts, and 2 times a month for the rest of the soccer season to provide the best environment for our Academy players to flourish. Pre-Academy teams begin training in Mid-August and play games from November to January.  

Academy Fees & Details

 Pre-Academy Registration Fee $235.00 Due at registration

Pre-Academy Fees include: Team training, academy skills training, In-house recreation games & Referee fees for games.  (1) Rec team uniform, (1) pair of game shorts, (1) pair of socks and (2) Academy practice shirts.

A percentage of your fee also goes to Field maintenance & improvements, light & water, training & Field equipment, and other club expenses.

 Pre-Academy Season: 10 Academy skills training sessions with Academy Director and/or Director of Coaching from Mid-August thru September. Rec In-house season is November thru January with the option to attend skills sessions that will be twice a month during the Rec. season.
