All practices and home games will be held at SJWA field. Practices will begin Mid-August 2008. All practices will be twice a week from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. Game schedules will be available toward the end of the summer. We will most likely play scrimmage games against other clubs and within our club prior to the beginning of the league season. There will also be various optional group outing and team building exercises throughout the year.

Academy Training / Practice Breakdown

• 10-20 min Warm-Up & Stretching
  
• 35-40 min Individual Skill Development / Technical Training
• 15-30 min Small - Sided Games / Scrimmages
• 5 min Team Wrap - Up Discussion / Cool Down

– All Training Sessions / Practices will be organized and/or approved by the Academy Director an/or the Director of Coaching.

Tournaments

The Academy Directors and Director of Coaching along with the Coaching Committee will determine an appropriate tournament schedule, if any, for the Academy. All players are expected to participate in ALL of their team tournaments unless arrangements have been made with me at least 30 days prior to the tournament. We understand that unexpected circumstances arise and will handle such situations individually at that time.
